Amanda brings a wealth of experience and a passion for helping people. Raised in sunny Southwest Florida, she started her career as an X-ray technician. It was through this role that Amanda discovered her calling for employee and patient care. Over the past 7 years, she has excelled in healthcare management, applying her expertise and dedication to leadership.
Outside of work, Amanda cherishes moments spent with her family and four pets. She finds joy in traveling and enjoys the excitement of sports entertainment.

Kourtney
Originally from Indiana, Kourtney moved to Florida when she turned one and proudly considers herself a Floridian, having been raised on Fort Myers Beach. She joined our team in 2022 and brings an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and Marketing, along with her license as a Medical Assistant. Inspired by her mother’s strong work ethic, Kourtney is dedicated to creating a positive experience for every patient and values meaningful interactions that leave a lasting impression. Outside of work, she loves creating new adventures with her family.

Deana
Deana joined our office in 2017 to coordinate all of our marketing efforts. She has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and has been in the dental field for over 20 years. In addition to marketing, she has always been the helping hand for our team with such a wonderful spirit. She and her husband are extremely proud parents of their son in the Airforce and their daughter who is a college student. Deana amazes us with her incredible ideas and creativity.

Originally from Long Island, Amber made Florida her full-time home after years of living between New York and the Sunshine State. She joined our team in 2025, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the dental field. Amber loves creating a warm, welcoming environment and helping patients feel at ease during their visits. Outside of work Amber enjoys reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her husband and fur children.

Melissa has been with our office since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Communications of Sciences and Disorders with a concentration in American Sign Language and minors in Psychology and Special Education. Melissa adores her job and works hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable and happy in our office! She is always searching for new systems for our office to provide the finest patient care. Melissa is a foodie who loves spending time with her husband and children camping.

Marty joined our team in 2024, leaving a 20-year career in restaurant management, which brough him from Cincinnati, OH to Southwest Florida. He has always been passionate about customer service and creating positive experiences for those he interacts with. Marty is married and a father of 3. When he’s not working , he enjoys spending time with his family, listening to music, golfing and working out.

Brittani has been with our office since 2018. She has a bright and happy personality and is terrific with patients. Brittani has been in the dental field for over 12 years. Brittani has her Bachelors in Applied Science in Supervision and Management. She enjoys spending her time fishing with her fiancé on the weekends and spending time with their three dogs; Diesel, Teddy and Ember. Brittani is also a very determined and dedicated person, especially when it comes to nutrition, health and the body building community.

Christina joined our team in early 2024. She has been a Dental Assistant for over 12 years and specializes in Endodontics. Christina is passionate about patient care and comfort. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her son and her family!

Originally from Ecuador, a country she is deeply proud of, she carries its values of warmth, resilience and dedication. Dayana has worked in the dental field since 2020 and feels incredibly fortunate to be part of a profession that helps people. She holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, which has strengthened her ability to support patients with empathy and compassion. Outside of the office, she enjoys quiet time with her four bunnies and creating meaningful connections with people around her.

Born and raised in Naples, FL, Erika Joined our team in 2024. She has a true passion for heling others and brings an outgoing and energetic personality to the team. Erika’s positive energy is felt by both patients and coworkers alike. When she’s not at work, you can find her off on an adventure with her friends and their little ones, always making the most of every moment.

Liset has been with our office since 2020. Liset has been a dental assistant for 8 years. She is originally from Cuba then relocated to Spain before she decided she wanted to start her dental career in the States in 2013. She is fluent in Spanish and English and is an amazing assistant! When Liset is not at work she enjoys traveling and going to the beach.

Originally from the Dominican Republic, Noemi moved to the United States in 2018 and joined our team in 2023. She is known for her sympathetic and kindhearted nature and is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and at ease. Noemi truly loves her work and is committed to growing in the dental field. Outside the office, she is studying hard to become a dental hygienist and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their son, creating lasting memories.

Originally from Colombia, Jessica moved to the United States in 2014 and spent 6 years living in Alaska, where she welcomed her daughter. A passionate licensed esthetician since 2019, she continues to practice on the side while pursuing her dream of working in the dental field, joining our team in 2025. Jessica loves learning and is dedicated to caring for patients with compassion and attention. Outside the office, she enjoys serving in her church and cherishing quality time with her daughter.

Julie joined our team in early 2024, coming to us from New Jersey. She has been working in dentistry for 3 years and loves what she does. She loves cooking, entertaining guests and is passionate about her Italian roots. Julie loves her daughter and her better half, who encourages and supports her every day. He is her biggest fan!

Wanda has been with our office since 2005. Wanda grew up in Puerto Rico and moved to the U.S. when she was 18. She speaks fluent Spanish and English and is an amazing assistant. She has been in the dental field for over 20 years, and she loves what she does. She loves her family and spending quality time with them brings her the greatest joy. When she’s not at the office, you may find her doing yard work or building something around her house.
