Meet the Endodontist

Dr. James Cullen

Dr. Cullen graduated from Temple University School of Dentistry, Philadelphia, PA in 2004. He entered the U.S. Air Force immediately after graduation and completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from Langley AFB, VA in 2005. He spent 8 years as a general dentist, including being stationed at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany. In 2015, Dr. Cullen graduated from the Air Force Postgraduate Dental School Endodontics residency in Lackland AFB, TX with a Master’s in Oral Biology and earned the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences Board of Regents Award, the highest honor given to a USUHS graduate.

This was the first time the award was presented to an Air Force dental resident. Dr. Cullen went on to become a Board-Certified Endodontist while serving at Hurlburt Field, Florida. He also served as an Assistant Professor for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) and commanded a 55-person dental clinic providing care for more than 8,200 Air Force Special Operations Command personnel. Dr. Cullen joins our team after 20 years of dedicated service to our country.
