We will be happy to process insurance claims for your reimbursement if provided with complete dental insurance information. We want you to receive the maximum allowable benefits, but we must emphasize that our relationship is with you, not the insurance company. While we file insurance claims as a courtesy, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered. Please be prepared to pay for your dental services in full at your appointment. Your insurance provider will send a reimbursement check for their portion directly to your address. Typically, insurance companies will respond to the claim within four to six weeks.

We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
